This page describes the information used to operate our website and respond to project inquiries.
What we collect
When you submit our contact forms, we collect your name, email, message, and any company or phone details you provide, together with the project and page associated with your inquiry. If your landing URL contains Google advertising click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, or wbraid), these may accompany your inquiry for advertising attribution. We do not sell or rent inquiry data.
Cookies and tracking
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand website traffic and page performance. These tools are designed to operate without analytics cookies. Administrator sign-in uses Clerk session cookies. Advertising click identifiers can be included with inquiries even without an advertising cookie.
How we use your details
We use inquiry details to reply, follow up about the projects or topics you raised, and maintain correspondence records. Advertising click identifiers help associate inquiries with advertising campaigns. Our hosting and service providers include Vercel, Supabase for stored website content and inquiries, Resend for inquiry notifications, and Clerk for administrator authentication.
Abuse prevention
To limit repeated or automated submissions, we derive keyed hashes from the submitting IP address, email address, and inquiry content. The rate-limit records contain those hashes rather than raw IP addresses. Duplicate checks cover 24 hours; records older than 48 hours are removed in batches as submissions are processed. This cleanup applies to abuse-prevention records, not to the inquiry correspondence itself. Hosting providers may also process technical request information to operate and secure their services.
